The concept of M Scheme was concieved over several years ago when Product Designer & Director Jason Knight had the the idea for an elegant, practical scalable furniture collection. The concept soon evolved thanks to forming a perfect partnership with Director Alex Childs who together have developed this unique and original company. The essence behind this furniture collection is to allow the materials chosen to be versatile enough to enhance and conform to any interior specification without taking up valuable space. Jason & Alex believe that M Scheme is challenging the furniture market with something new, original, personal and exciting. Now with the new 1500 sq ft flagship showroom located in central Manchester, M Scheme can offer the discerning client an array of new products, exceptional finishes and materials with full proof of concept throughout to their clients personal taste.
Background
M Scheme’s commissions began in 2004 from private clients based in the Manchester, Hale and Cheshire area. Over the years the range has been adapted and enhanced to suit all client needs and we soon found work coming from throughout the North West, London and further afield Spain. New clients include general contractors, architects and interior designers who required something unique for their projects. M Schemes biggest advantage is the ability to offer an array of versatile materials, meet any design specification and then self deliver the enitre order for the client involved. During the planning stage M Scheme assist with any technical requirements and work with the client on a solution to make sure maximum quality and durability are achieved for every finished product. We ensure that every one of our exclusive clients know that their project from design to delivery is within their desired budget and agreed timescales.
M Scheme Manufacturing has recently evolved to allow the company to have a real and unique advantage in the industry. We are constantly in motion and ensure that our range development continues at all times to allow us to be market leaders rather than trend followers. Our craftsmanship and attention to detail mean that there is no enhancement that cannot be accommodated for. Despite the bespoke element of the M Scheme Collection we are still able to meet industry standard lead times of around 6-8 weeks on all products. Unlike some companies using solid woods we also ensure that only eco friendly and renewable timber mills from Denmark and Switzerland are used in our products, allowing piece of mind in the knowledge that we are maintaining the fragile environment for future generations.
